I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very large, modern, and comfortable, with an amazing view. The service exceeded my expectations, except for one encounter at the front desk. The location was perfect for exploring central Budapest, and the dining experience offered a great variety of delicious options. Staying at this hotel was a dream! The enormous bed in the room was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and the view from the top floor over Budapest was stunning. The location, just behind the main shopping area and close to all key attractions, couldn't have been better. However, the dining experience, while good, could have been more exclusive, and in-room espresso would have been a nice touch.

The hotel is centrally located right near the park, Iron/Chain Bridge, and Danube foreshore, offering a great setting for visitors. The rooms are spacious with magnificent views of the park, St Stephen's Basilica, and the Budapest Eye, truly living up to the 5-star rating. The service provided by the staff, from maids to the dining team, is outstanding, making it hard to leave the hotel and go sightseeing.
